On Transience previews moving image work from University of Westminster’s MA Photographic Studies final show opening September 2nd at Ambika P3. The work engages with transience as a photographic, cultural and philosophical idea and is created through an expanded response to image production from stills and video to CAD imaging and
desktop recording.

The screening will include work by students Maria Falconer, Inès Lion, Mariah Skellorn and Wilf Speller.  Along with other works which have inspired the students including work by The Bureau of Inverse Technology, Katerina Athanasopoulou, Ben Rivers and Thierry De Mey.

The film screening is a fundraiser for the MA Photographic Studies exhibition and is being organised by students from the programme.

This event is hosted by Iniva through in-kind support to continue the professional development of students in higher education institutes.

The event is supported by Westminster University and LUX.
