Iniva is pleased to announce a launch event to celebrate two new submissions to the Stuart Hall Library collection. The works, created in collaboration between artists and local Westminster residents have been made possible through funding from #MyWestminster.

Artist Shepherd Manyika worked with ETAT (Encouragement of the arts and talking) to produce incredible tracks of spoken word and rap – combining inspiration from drill to wartime classics. Artist Aleesha Nandhra will present the launch of a zine created by the young people of Caxton Youth Organisation created through mono-printing and text.

Between May and September 2019, Iniva has delivered six artist led workshops using materials from the Stuart Hall Library collection that aim to celebrate cohesion, build pride in the community and help young people to realise their potential. This programme has enabled us to develop new community relations and partners by welcoming new groups and individuals to the library.

The workshops are supported by #MyWestminster and The Art Society.
