Relocating the Remains is a project originally devised by Keith Piper in 1997, and staged in Collaboration with InIVA (the Insititute of International Visual Arts).

The project is comprised of four elements.

A gallery based exhibition,

a published monograph by Kobena Mercer,

an interactive CD-Rom

and an on-line project entitled ‘Relocating the Remains/Excavating the site’.
