Nick Waplington

The photographer Nick Waplington studied at Trent Polytechnic and completed postgraduate studies at the Royal College of Art in London. In the late 1980s he worked on his series, 'Living Room', which documents the life of two working-class families in Nottingham and was later published in book form with essays by John Berger and Richard Avedon. A second project, 'The Wedding', followed in 1996. Other works are 'Other Edens' and Safety in Numbers.
