Leticia Valverdes

Leticia Valverdes uses her personal photographic practice to engage with a variety of communities to explore notions of identity and self esteem.  Her work has been featured in a number of group and solo shows in the UK and abroad. 

Valverdes' photojournalist work has been published in the Independent, Telegraph, the Sunday Times and other national and international press. 

Leticia studied Fine Art at London Guildhall University, and is co-founder of Grassroots, a collective that develops photograph and /film projects with community's world wide.

She spends her time between Brazil and the UK.
