Anne Tallentire
Biography
Anne Tallentire was born 1949, in Co. Armagh, N.Ireland and has lived and worked in London since 1984. She works in video, film, sound, photography, installation and performance, studied printmaking at The School of Visual Arts, New York and Fine Art Media at the Slade School of Art between 1886 - 1888 and currently teaches at Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design. She was the sole representative for Ireland at the Venice Biennale in 1999. Since 1993, she has worked collaboratively with John Seth whilst continuing independent projects. In May 1997, their practice was formed under the name work-seth/tallentire.
