Curriculum Vitae
Introduction
I am currently employed at the BBC as a senior designer. This involves leading and project managing a team of designers to produce engaging products that serve the public remit. This is very interesting work involving a lot of user/audience insight.
My paintings are figurative and try to be confronting, inviting and slightly vague their nature to spark off individual interpretations, creating narratives personal to each viewer.
The narratives were initially born out of my need to express dark thoughts in a "safe" environment, using visual imagery to explore alienation, racism and spirituality.
