Andrew Lewis makes extraordinary drawings and sculptures for enchanted imagined cityscapes that combine a sophisticated use of simple materials with often painstaking detail found in architectural renderings. Often his sculptures are large scale and may project an internal architecture or a pastoral, internal view of domestic city life. Or they may propose playful solutions to domestic, travel and work problems.
