Isaac Julien

Isaac Julien studied fine art and film at Central St. Martin's School of Art and Design in London. Since 1990 his films have been included in group shows in Europe and the United States. In 1999, he had his first solo show at the Victoria Miro Gallery in London and in 2001 Julien was shortlisted for the Turner Prize. He is a visiting lecturer at Harvard University and on the Whitney Independent Study Program in New York. Julien lives in London.
