Kellie Jones

Jones earned her Ph.D. from Yale University in 1998 where she is now, Assistant Professor of African American Studies and History of Art. She has worked extensively in the field of black art and artists, writing for exhibition catalogues and art-related publications. She has been a curator for twenty years and helped curate, among many other shows the San Paulo Biennale in 1989.
