Kabir Hussain is a master founder who has over 15 years of experience casting bronze sculptures for his own work as well as for other leading contemporary artists.
He was born in Pakistan in 1960. He studied at the Leeds College of Art (1979-80), South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education, Cardiff (1980-83), and Chelsea School of Art (1983-84). He has exhibited in Britain and abroad since 1984, and is currently working at AB Fine Art Foundry, London a post he has held since 1994. His work is currently included in Sculpture in the Park as part of The British Art Show.
