Monica Amor is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Art History Department of Hunter College, New York. Her work at DRCLAS will focus on 'Gego and Crisis of Geometric Abstraction in Americas (Venezuela and Brazil)'. Amor holds a Ph.D. in Modern and Contemporary Art from The City University of New York in 2002.
