Cisneros plans expansion
Iniva has entered into talks with local group the INIvators to forge an alliance to try and combat the expansion of the Cisneros dictatorship across Rivington Place.
Cisneros has been planning to expand her educational territory into other areas of Rivington Place but has been forced into negotiations by the INIvators. Iniva is hoping that by forcing Cisneros into a different territory a new balance of power might be achieved.
Should Iniva and the INIvators be successful in their 'containment strategy', Cisneros will be moved to a smaller space and the INIvators would occupy the territory and aim for self-governance.
