The third talk in the series Changing States took place at the Ikon Gallery in Birmingham on 27 March 2002.
Entitled 'Protest! Art and Anti-Globalisation', the evening comprised papers from two speakers - the art historian Julian Stallabrass and the artist Nils Norman.
