Iniva organises between three to five exhibitions each year, as well as artists' projects and residencies, digital projects, publications, talks, events, workshops and courses. Although occasionally we accept unsolicited proposals of outstanding excellence, please note that almost all of Iniva's activities arise from direct invitations to artists, curators and writers.
Iniva programmes its activities 18-24 months in advance and incoming proposals are considered for the next available slot which at this time will be the 2009/2010 programming year.

Please do not drop your proposal off in person.
Please ensure that you include your name and contact details on your proposal as well as on any visual support material.
Proposals must be limited to the following:
- Your name, contact details (including email address) and your profession (e.g. artist, curator, writer)
- Biography (100 words max. Additional CV is optional)
- Project description (250 words max)
- Schedule outline (Note desired date of presentation if any and any other relevant key dates)
- Reason for approaching Iniva (e.g. How does your project relate to Iniva's mission? 150 words max)
- Visual support material (e.g. Slides, CDs, DVDs. Supply no more than six examples. Do not include original artwork. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you would like your material to be returned to you.)
All proposals are reviewed by Iniva's programming team on a quarterly basis and applicants contacted via email.
Please note that Iniva cannot meet with individuals regarding proposals nor can we respond to specific queries regarding outcomes.
Please note that Iniva is not a funding organisation and does not simply finance projects.
